1. Check-In and Check-Out Time:
1.1. Check-in time is from 5:00 PM onwards.
1.2. Check-out time is until 12:00 pm.
1.3. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms:
2.1. Reservations using our website can be paid for by Zelle or venmo. Your reservation will only be confirmed after submission of the proof of payment.
2.2. Payment for your stay is due IN FULL at time of booking. 2.3. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees as per local regulations.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1. Cancellations and modifications must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in time for a full refund.
3.2. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 30 days of check-in, the amount paid is non refundable.
3.3. Group reservations and special packages may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to your reservation details for specific terms.
3.4 During Holidays, cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior for a full refund.
4. Dispute Resolution:
4.1. Any disputes or claims arising from your stay at Ski Country Chalet will be resolved through negotiation and discussion.
4.2. In case of unresolved disputes, legal action will be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where Ski Country Chalet is located.
5. Guest Responsibilities:
5.1. Guests are expected to treat the lodge, its staff, and fellow guests with respect and courtesy.
5.2. Damages to the lodge's property, including rooms and amenities, will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
5.3. Guests are to adhere to the rules and regulations of Ski Country Chalet at all times, including noise restrictions and safety guidelines.
5.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodge. A smoking fee will be charged for violations.
6. Reservation Updates and Modifications:
6.1. Requests for changes to reservations, including date changes or room category upgrades, are subject to availability, by contacting our team.
6.2. Changes to reservations may result in adjustments to the room rate.
6.3. Reservation updates are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in section 3.
