Reservation Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Reservation Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation with us. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost will be taken at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation cost.

3. Full Payment

Full payment taken 30 days before arrival and is nonrefundable.

4. Modifications

Modifications are allowed up to 15 days prior arrival if stay is for up to 2 nights and not during holidays. For holidays and longer stays (3 days or more), modifications are only allowed up to 30 days before arrival.
